CERTIFICATES MAY BE ORDERED BY THE FOLLOWING METHODS:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Online:<\/strong>\u00a0 Certificates may be ordered on the internet using a credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express) or check.\u00a0 An additional charge card fee will apply.\u00a0 This is in addition to the fee for each certified copy requested.\u00a0 Certificates requested via internet may be returned by overnight courier for the cost of the additional shipment fee if that record is available.<\/p>\n

Telephone:<\/strong>\u00a0 Orders may be placed by telephone using a credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express) or check,\u00a0an additional charge card fee will apply.\u00a0 This is in addition to the fee for each certified copy requested.\u00a0 Certificates requested via telephone may be returned by overnight courier for the cost of the additional shipment fee.\u00a0 The telephone number to place your order is (800) 241-8322, choose option 1.<\/p>\n

Mail:<\/strong>\u00a0 Orders are accepted by mail, using a check or money order in U.S. dollars drawn on a U.S. bank for payment.\u00a0 It can take up to 30 working days to process your request from the date payment is posted.<\/p>\n

Walk-in (Frankfort):<\/strong>\u00a0 You may order a certified copy of the birth record in-person at the mailing address listed above.\u00a0 Orders are accepted for same day issuance from 8:00 a.m. until 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.\u00a0 Payment is accepted in cash, check or money order.<\/p>\n

Cost:\u00a0$10 for each certified copy of a birth certificate
